Highway 62 Closure Tonight

Westbound Highway 62 between Highway 212 and Shady Oak Road is closed beginning at 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 24. The closure is in effect until 5 a.m. Monday, Sept. 27. Eastbound Highway 62 will have one lane open to traffic. The Highway 169 off ramp to westbound Highway 62 will also be closed.

Fall into Fitness

On Saturday, Oct. 9, from 8 a.m. to noon at the Community Center, participate in sampler classes of new group fitness offerings, tour the state-of-the-art facility, meet instructors and much more. During the Fall into Fitness event, the new-member enrollment fee is waived. Tours are available every 30 minutes from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Citywide Open House

Come to the all-outdoors Citywide Open House Saturday, Oct. 9, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the City Center. Get an up-close and personal look at what it takes to operate a city of nearly 65,000 residents and 3,000 businesses. Highlights include exhibits, demonstrations, City vehicles and equipment, and more.
