Anoka County Government: Red Oaks Development In Andover Groundwater Notice

The Anoka County Assessor’s Office has been made aware of a groundwater contamination issue affecting several parcels in the Red Oaks development in Andover. The office is currently in the process of researching and collecting additional information to determine if the affected parcels can qualify for contamination tax and market value reduction provisions outlined in MN Statutes 270.91 through 270.98. More information will be forthcoming as additional data is gathered and the office can work with the appropriate agencies to determine the next steps.
