It's Maroon Day around Minnesota. On Maroon Day, every state trooper (nearly 600 troopers) and commercial vehicle inspector will be out patrolling on Minnesota roads.
The increased trooper presence gives the State Patrol the opportunity to stop dangerous and potentially deadly driving.
