City Of Golden Valley: Golden Valley Encourages Mask Wearing

Based on current data and trends regarding the uptick in COVID-19 cases, the City of Golden Valley is strongly encouraging the use of masks.

The City:

• strongly encourages community members to wear masks for their protection and the protection of others
• recognizes private businesses and organizations still have the authority to implement a mask mandate on their premises
• asks residents to be respectful of others regarding mask wearing

In addition, the City will continue to hold City Council and Board and Commission meetings as well as public engagement events in a hybrid format, with both in-person and virtual attendance options available.
