The Fall Raking Blitz on Saturday, Nov 3, was planned by Neighbors Helping Neighbors, a Bridge Builders group of local churches and non-profit organizations whose goal was to match community volunteers with homeowners needing physical or financial assistance with home maintenance.
The Fall Raking Blitz kicks off at 8 am at Calvary Church, 7520 Golden Valley Rd. Individuals and groups are welcome; register online.
Neighbors Helping Neighbors is a collaboration between PRISM, Calvary Lutheran Church, Valley Community Presbyterian Church, and H.O.M.E., with support from the City of Golden Valley.
