School Supply Lists for 2021-2022 and School Toolbox Information

The online store is open for parents to purchase school supplies for the 2021-2022 school year. Visit www.schooltoolbox.com to place your order and make sure to choose Meadowbrook Elementary Golden Valley, MN for the school. It takes just a few minutes for parents to order online and the supplies are delivered directly to your home address. Every purchase helps the Meadowbrook PTO. If you choose to purchase your child’s supplies, see the grade level lists.

Kindergarten Supply List for 2021-2022

Note: Do not label the items with your child’s name unless noted. They will be shared by all the children in the class.

Please do not label these items:

• 1 box of 8 Crayola markers (Classic colors, washable please)
• 4 large Elmer’s extra-strength glue sticks
• 2 wide ruled composition notebook (not spiral bound)
• 1 box of 24 Crayola crayons
• 1 fine point black permanent Sharpie marker (please no extra fine)
• 1 yellow highlighter
• 2 pink erasers
• 2 Clorox/Lysol disinfecting wipes
• 1 roll of paper towels
• 1 large box of tissues
• 2 EXPO dry erase markers
• 2 clean socks (used to erase whiteboards)

Please label these items with your child’s first and last name:

• 1 large cloth tote bag for winter gear, labeled – don’t need until snow comes
• 1 large backpack (big enough to fit a pocket folder and library book), with your child’s name
• 2 two-pocket folders with your child’s name
• 1 pencil pouch for a 3-ring binder, with your child’s name
• 1 small beach towel (with names printed on them)

In addition to your own child’s supplies, donations of extra school supplies are always welcome in the classroom.

Grade 1 Supply List for 2021-22

Please label the following supplies with your child’s name:

• **Headphones — sturdy and small work best
• Scissors
• 1 pencil pouch/bag (pencil boxes okay)
• 2 wide-ruled composition books
• 1 wide-ruled spiral notebook
• 1 folder with 3 prongs/clasp for poetry
• 2 2-pocket plastic folders labeled with name
• Art sketchbook for Art class

These items do not need to be labeled:

• Box of 24 crayons
• 1 yellow highlighter
• 2 boxes of thick markers
• 2 boxes of #2 pencils (do not send plastic-wrapped pencils)
• 2 large glue sticks
• 4 dry erase markers
• Washed sock to use as eraser for student dry erase board

If your child’s last name starts with A-G:

• Large non-bleach disinfecting wipes

If your child’s last name starts with H-P:

• Ziploc bags — sandwich size
• Box of tissues

If your child’s last name starts with Q-Z:

• Ziploc bags — gallon size
• Roll of paper towels

Grade 2 Supply List for 2021-2022

On the first day of class, we would like you to bring the following items:

These items do not need to be labeled (shared supplies):

• 10 #2 yellow Ticonderoga pencils, sharpened
• 1 pink eraser
• 4-5 whiteboard markers – Black
• 6 Elmer’s glue sticks
• 1 large box of Kleenex
• Non-bleach Clorox-type wipes

If your child’s last name starts with A-M:

• 1 - Ziploc gallon bags

If your child’s last name starts with N-Z:

• 1 - Ziploc sandwich bags

Please label the following supplies with your child’s name (individual supplies):

• 1 pair of scissors
• 1 small box of crayons (24) or Crayola twistables
• Headphones
• 2 wide-ruled composition notebooks
• Clipboard (8 ½ x 11)
• 1 box of markers
• Art Sketchbook for Art class
• Backpack or bookbag, no wheels
• 1 plastic school box

Grade 3 Supply List for 2021-2022

Supplies

• 1 supply pouch or box large enough to hold all supplies
• 3 dozen #2 pencils, sharpened, Dixon-Ticonderoga preferred
• 2 packages of Crayola markers (1 thin and 1 thick)
• 2-4 glue sticks
• 2-4 whiteboard markers
• 1 package 3x3 Post-It Notes

Please label the following individual supplies with your child’s names:

• Art Sketchbook
• Headphones
• Scissors
• Spill-proof water bottle
• 2 plastic folders of your choice
• 1 red plastic folder
• 1 wide-lined composition notebook

Classroom supplies:

• 2-3 disinfecting wipes
• 2 Kleenex boxes

Grade 4 Supply List for 2021-2022

Supplies on this list can be brought to school on Open House night. Feel free to reuse supplies from previous years to save on cost.

• 24 #2 Ticonderoga pencils — sharpened
• 1 package of 10 thin Crayola markers
• 1 package of 12 Crayola colored pencils

• 1-inch binder with clear front pocket for Spanish (used in grades 4-6)
