Negative Wind Chill Values Follow Winter Storm
The National Weather Service says that below zero wind chill values will plague Golden Valley on Monday.

The snow is done falling, but now temperatures are plummeting.
According to the National Weather Service, Golden Valley residents will see a high near 11 degrees today. Wind chill values are another story. Weather service forecasters report that below zero wind chills will linger today and dip to 8 below zero tonight.
The frigid air is causing problems on many metro roads, though the Minnesota Department of Transportation reports that road conditions are "fair."
