New Ownership Coming for Golden Valley Car Dealership
All employees at Golden Valley's Audi and Porsche dealership will be acquired in a business transaction between LeJeune Investment, Inc. and Twin Cities Automotive.
In a statement released Monday, Aug. 27, executives from Twin Cities Automotive shared excitement about acquiring investments from LeJeune Investment, Inc.
Golden Valley's Carousel Audi and Porsche dealership is one of two car dealerships that Twin Cities Automotive will acquire at the close of 2012's fourth quarter. The company will also acquire Maplewood's Audi, Mercedes-Benz and Porsche dealership.
"We are excited about the opportunity to acquire these high quality brands from LeJeune Investment. Their entire organization has built a strong and successful business, and we look forward to continuing that high level of service and commitment,” Jay Hulbert, president of Twin Cities Automotive, said in a press release Monday. “The Carousel and Maplewood dealerships will complement our existing brands and organization, and we look forward to welcoming their people.”

A Twin Cities Automotive spokesperson confirmed that employees at both dealerships will be acquired by Twin Cities Automotive.
