Robbinsdale Area Schools: Vaccination Reminder For The Upcoming School Year

Dear Robbinsdale Area Schools Families,

"With the first day of school quickly approaching, this is a reminder of the immunization requirements for students enrolled in Robbinsdale Area Schools. To remain in compliance with Minnesota School Immunization Law, our district requires students to provide (1) documentation showing they’ve received the required immunizations, or (2) a notarized exemption form.

Families can receive free vaccinations through various clinics within our community beginning Sunday, Aug. 1 through Friday, Sept. 10. View the list of participating clinics. Families who visit these clinics should complete and take this form to your appointment.

High school student athletes will need to have a sports physical within the last three years and on file at their school. Please return the completed sports physical exam form to the activities office or bring it when registering for a sport.
