Visions for Vacancies: Golden Valley Shopping Center

A number of businesses have made their home in the 4,000 square foot retail space in the Golden Valley Shopping Center. According to Stephanie Castillo with Balderson Properties, the corner spot was previously taken by a seafood market and an apparel store.

Today, the space, which is nestled in-between and , sits empty. So, what business do you think should move in? "We think a pet food store, a children’s activity center or a cellular phone store would all be excellent uses and complete the center’s tenant mix," Castillo said.
