Visions for Vacancies: What Business Should Move to Golden Valley?

A 3,000 square foot office space sits vacant at 5101 Olson Memorial Highway. Jim Edberg, vice president of sales and leasing for Crossroads Properties, says that the space would be perfect for a chiropractor or financial planner.

"It's a great space for a professional office of some kind," Edberg said.

The vacant space is located in a building built in 1988. The building is home to seven other businesses, inluding a law office and insurance agency.
