What To Do With Your Leaves in Golden Valley
If you don't want to wait until the end of October, you can drop off your leaves in Maple Grove.

It's official. Fall is here and it's beginning to look like it, too. If leaves in your yard are piling up, you can bring them to the Maple Grove Yardwaste Site for a fee.
According to the Maple Grove Yardwaste pricing sheet, to drop off your leaves it costs $8 per cubic yard of material. The site only accepts cash or checks, and you can make checks payable to "MG Yard Waste or Lynde & McLeod."
Remember these rules about the yardwaste site:

- All material must be de-bagged at the site and bags removed
- Biodegradable bags are not accepted
- Lawn and garden waste accepted, including leaves, grass, plant material, straw, apples, wood chips, sand and brush up to 10 inches in diameter
- Material 10-22 inches in diameter will be charged $8.00/ cubic yard (no matter which city the customer is from).
If you can wait until Oct. 27, you can drop off your leaves for free at Brookview Park, according to the City of Golden Valley's website.
