The City of Hopkins and the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District are partnering on the restoration and redevelopment of the property at 325 Blake Road and have selected Alatus as a development partner to create a sustainable, water focused, transit oriented neighborhood. 

Alatus will be sharing their proposed concept plans, listen to feedback and answer questions at a neighborhood meeting on Thursday, August 19, between 6:30 to 8 p.m., at the Cottageville Park Pavilion.
