Campaign Finance Report: Judy Rogosheske, State Senate District 33
A look inside the campaign finance report for State Senate hopeful.

Local candidates running for state office have provided a first glimpse into their campaign war chests.
Candidates were required to file detailed reports of receipts and expenditures with Minnesota’s Campaign Finance Board by July 30 and itemize donors, lobbyist contributions and disbursements.

Democrat Judy Rogosheske of is running for the State Senate District 33 seat, which is being vacated by retiring State Senator Gen Olson. An August primary will determine Rogosheske’s GOP opponent.
Rogosheske has raised just over $6,500 since the beginning of 2012 and has received contributions ranging from $100 to $500 from a total of seven listed individuals.

The campaign has also received $500 from the Friends of DFL Women, $1,500 from DFL Senate District 33 and $300 worth of in-kind donations from both the MN DFL and Senate DFL Caucus.
Rogosheske’s campaign has spent just over $3,560 to date and had an ending cash balance of $5,605 as of July 23. The campaign has no loans receivable, no loans payable or unpaid campaign expenditures.
Some of the campaign’s largest line item expenditures include website software ($700), banners and signs ($449), shirts ($284) and assorted printing and postage.
