Author Danelle Helget Launches New Mystery Series Set in Minnesota

Danelle Helget, a writer who grew up in Milaca and now lives in Sauk Rapids, has launched a new mystery series set in her home state of Minnesota. Lost and Found (North Star Press, 2011) the first book in a series that will be called “The Sara Martin Mysteries,” is filled with interesting characters, familiar Minnesota settings and dramatic events. 

Helget will be in Wayzata next weekend to sign copies of the new book and talk about her life and writing career.

Lost and Found is told through Sara Martin’s first hand experiences and follows alongside her as she unravels the mystery of Lily’s disappearance and the identity of the ghostly girl.  But Sara’s search yields much more than the answers to these mysteries. In the course of Sara’s investigation, she finds new love, new friends and most importantly, a newfound sense of trust.

Lost and Found keeps readers turning the pages, eager for more. Thankfully, readers won’t have to wait long for the next book, Found and Destroyed. Set to be released by North Star Press of St. Cloud in June, 2012, the sequel to Lost and Found promises to captivate readers with another riveting mystery.
