Letter: Supporting Alex Plechash for Wayzata City Council Seat

To the editor:

Wayzata is a unique city with a fantastic track record of qualified people that have been willing to step up and serve; keeping it a vibrant and well run city. Like all Minnesota cities, Wayzata’s city council is tasked to find solutions to the many issues that are part of today’s city government; finances will be the most challenging for many years to come.

Alex Plechash possesses a very unique skill set that will help guide Wayzata with all of the issues it will face. 

I have had the pleasure of knowing and interacting with Alex as both a private sector businessman and in the community organization we both serve.  Alex is a fiscally responsible leader with a no nonsense approach when solving fiscal issues.  This is a quality I wish every city councilmember of all the cities in Minnesota possessed.
