Orono's 11AA Baseball Team Takes Second in State Championship Tournament

The Orono 11AA baseball team took second place at the Minnesota Baseball Tournament State Champsionships on Sunday, July 22.
Orono won six games against top-rated teams in the state over the weekend to go to the championship game on Sunday, where Orono lost to Cloquet 5-2.
The Oorno team is coached by Robb Hirschberg and assistant coaches Ryan Simafranca, Tim Fafinski and Jeff Carlson.
