Some quick notes:

- Orono's cross country teams will run tonight's game ball from Glencoe to Orono and deliver it to mid-field in time for kick off.

- Homecoming isn't all about football. Orono's girl's tennis team lost just its first match of the season yesterday, and the boy's cross country team has notched a top-three finish in each of its meets so far this year. Volleyball and soccer teams are also on track to have winning seasons.

- The high school pep band has more members than the football team.
