A 48-year-old male from Pueblo, CO was arrested July 16 for being in physical control of motor vehicle while under influence of hazardous substance (unspecified narcotic). The arrest occurred just before 8:30 p.m. on the 1100 block of Wayzata Boulevard East.
A laptop was stolen July 16 from a vehicle parked in the area of the Boatworks parking lot. The incident was reported about 1:20 p.m.

Police arrested a 26-year-old woman from Long Lake July 12 on suspicion of second-degree DWI. The woman's blood alcohol content field tested at .18, and her vehicle is eligible for forfeiture. The arrest occurred about 4 a.m. on the 500 block of Dexter Drive in Long Lake.
A wallet containing credit and debit cards was stolen July 11 while the owner was swimming at Wayzata Beach. The theft was reported at 8:30 a.m.
