The latte is the most popular coffee choice at Caribou Coffee on County Road 101, near Highway 7, in Minnetonka.

A latte is a coffee drink made with espresso and steamed milk. The term as used in English is a shortened form of the Italian caffè latte, which means "milk coffee," according to Wikipedia.

At Caribou, you can get your latte with mocha, caramel, vanilla or mint, among other flavors.

Latte: 200 calories, 8 grams fat

Mocha (milk, dark or white): 480 calories, 31 grams fat

Mint Condition: 570 calories, 31 grams fat

Caramel High Rise: 360 calories, 18 grams fat

Too much for you? Caribou Coffee also offers a lighter version of their lattes in the Northern Lite, with 40 percent fewer calories. The Northern Lite Latte has 130 calories and 1 gram fat and is available in caramel, vanilla, hazelnut and raspberry.
