To the Editor: Yvonne Selcer has demonstrated a positive track record during the time she spent on the Hopkins School Board.  She not only was fiscally responsible for the funds to operate the Hopkins School Board but she also assisted in improving the school district during her tenure.  I endorse Yvonne Selcer wholeheartedly for the State Legislature position. I am confident that she will bring with her a great sense of fiscal responsibility, maintain the needs of the community and will be able to tie the two together. Paul Ansolabehere Hopkins
