Minnetonka High School Celebrates Heart Week
Last year, students raised $28,000 for families within the district in need of financial help.

Heart Week at is Feb. 13-17.
But instead of spending the week gifting their sweethearts with chocolate and flowers, students spend the time raising money for families in need. These are students and families in the Minnetonka School District who cannot afford medical, educational and everyday financial burdens.
Last year, guidance counselors helped distribute $28,000 to Minnetonka families. The funds were used for everything from a student's ACT application to their family's heating bill. Contact Mary Beth Wiig if you know someone in need.
