Minnetonka Twins Do Hollywood

Minnetonka High School grads make an appearance on "The Price Is Right."

Local identical twins Alex and Ben Dzurik made their mark in Hollywood.

The 2010 graduates and their mom, Lisa, traveled to  Hollywood recently to participate in a "twins" episode of "The Price Is Right."

"Alex and I figured this would be a once in a lifetime experience and a great excuse to visit Hollywood," said Ben.

Although they did not get called to "Come On Down," Ben and Alex got a kick out of hanging out in a roomful of twins for the taping. The brothers and their mom ended up seated in the second row in the middle section, behind the contestants.

"All of the twins shared stories of experiences that only twins could truly bond over, by understanding how we are so interconnected to our twin," Alex said.

But stardom is not an easy job. They began their day at 11 a.m. in line outside CBS Studios and were not seated for the taping until 4 p.m.

"It was a long, but entertaining day," Lisa said.

The special twins episode of the "Price Is Right" will air on Wednesday, March 21. The twins didn't win any prizes but said the experience itself was worth the trip.
