Five fire departments helped put out a fire on Oak Drive Lane on Tuesday, June 19. Minnetonka, Hopkins, Eden Prairie, St. Louis Park and Edina departments responded to a minor kitchen fire in a home on Oak Drive Lane, off of Shady Oak Road in Minnetonka. Due to the heat, the firefighters were needed so they could be "recycled" more frequently, not due to the size of the fire. The damage was contained to the kitchen and there were no injuries. The investigation continues as to the cause of the fire.

Five fire departments helped put out a fire on Oak Drive Lane on Tuesday, June 19.
