Does the under-10 crowd know where city law is made? Probably not. Do they know where they first experienced a backward somersault? Most likely.  The city of Minnetonka's Council Chambers was tranfromed Sunday into something a child can relate to, a tumbling experience from . During , hosted by Hopkins-Minnetonka Recreation Services, everything about Minnetonka's  was transformed into something fun and kid-friendly. All activities were free and included dog sled rides, bingo with prizes, juggling and magic shows, face painting, ice sculpture demonstrations, s'mores by the fire, crafts, gymnastics, dancing, open swimming, ice skating and indoor playground time at the Williston Treehouse. But, were agendas made? More than a few kids made one, in order to maximize the fun offered by the day.
