PHOTOS: No Snow? Who Cares! Kids' Fest Was a Blast

Kids say hooray to Hopkins-Minnetonka Recreation Services for a fun winter Sunday.

Does the under-10 crowd know where city law is made? Probably not.

During , hosted by Hopkins-Minnetonka Recreation Services, everything about Minnetonka's  was transformed into something fun and kid-friendly.

All activities were free and included dog sled rides, bingo with prizes, juggling and magic shows, face painting, ice sculpture demonstrations, s’mores by the fire, crafts, gymnastics, dancing, open swimming, ice skating and indoor playground time at the Williston Treehouse.
