Thief Sticks Tongue Out At Surveillance Camera

Police say Raul John Rodriguez stole perfume from a Minnetonka store.

Police believe instead of paying for $1,560 in perfumes, a 45-year-old man smiled at the surveillance camera and stuck out his tongue as he left the store.

Raul John Rodriguez, unknown address, has a Hennepin County warrant out for his arrest on a charge of felony theft of over $1,000. If convicted the charge carries a sentence of up to five years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

In August 2011, police were called to  at 13145 Ridgedale Drive in Minnetonka. The store manager reported a male had come in with an empty satchel and left without buying anything. The surveillance video shows the man concealing 17 perfumes and fragrances.
