Mayor Dana Graham is asking Northfield residents to weigh in: Should the local noise ordinance be modified?
"We all love to be outside in beautiful summer nights in Minnesota ... and there's not enough of them for a lot of us, he said. "But again, how does (noise) affect your quality of life?"
