The following people were arrested according to the Washington County Sheriff's Office: Feb. 25 <ul> <li>Francisco Santillo Garcia, 28, of Oakdale, arrested on DWI and traffic charges.</li> <li>Joel Stephen Hafner, 63, of Maplewood, arrested at I-694 at 10th Street on DWI charges. </li> </ul> Feb. 26 <ul> <li>Kasandra Jo Rhodes, 19, of Stillwater, arrested at Highway 5 near Imation on giving a false name to police.</li> </ul> Feb. 28 <ul> <li>Brian Gene Montgomery, 52, of Oakdale, arrested on first-degree criminal sexual conduct.</li> </ul> March 2 <ul> <li>Daniel William Peters, 24, of Oakdale, arrested on two counts of first-degree burglary, second-degree burglary and third-degree burglary. </li> </ul> March 3 <ul> <li>Wang Vang, 31, of Oakdale, arrested on a DWI charge. </li> </ul>   Charges listed should be considered pending, and will not necessarily match official charges from the courts. It is possible those listed will not be officially charged.
