Woodbury Leadership Academy (WLA) is a tuition-free, K-12 public charter school where high expectations and success matter to all! O'Malley, 33, of Oakdale, arrested on DWI charges.</li> </ul> July 27 <ul> <li>Meng C. Vang, 31, of Oakdale, arrested at the intersection of Highway 34 and Hadley Avenue on traffic charges.</li> <li>Nicole E. Kill, 27, of Woodbury, arrested at I-694 and Stillwater Boulevard on DWI charges.</li> </ul> July 28 <ul> <li>Theng Vang, 20, of St. Paul, arrested at Gentry Avenue in Oakdale on disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct charges. </li> <li>King M. Moua, 24, of St. Paul, arrested at Highway 5 and Hadley Avenue on fourth-degree DWI charges. </li> </ul>   Charges listed should be considered pending, and will not necessarily match official charges from the courts. It is possible those listed will not be officially charged. Listed are residents of Oakdale who were arrested in Washington County, and anyone who was arrested in Oakdale regardless of city of residence.
