Since coming to the U.S. in 1995, Master Lin has helped nearly 100,000 people learn about the powerful, healing benefits of Spring Forest Qigong.

The word Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) literally means the study of transforming or manipulating energy. Β Albert Einstein established the principle that β€œEverything in the universe is comprised of dynamic relationships of energy.” Energy cannot be created nor destroyed, but energy can be transformed.

Spring Forest Qigong (SFQ) is a simple, efficient, and effective method for helping you transform energy to manage and reduce stress, heal physical and emotional pain, and enhance the quality of your life and the lives of others.

Anyone and everyoneβ€”regardless of age or abilityβ€”can practice the techniques of SFQ to become healthier and happier.

The SFQ Method increases oxygen uptake for stronger muscles, soothes your nervous system so you feel content and serene, improves metabolism, aides in weight control, gives your organs an β€œinner message” to slow the aging process by restoring them to healthy/optimal functioning, clears your mind for greater mental clarity and creativity, and lubricates your joints for pain-free movement and greater flexibility.

Master Lin’s presentation will be on Friday, Oct. 25, from 9 a.m. to noon at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, located at 1616 Olive St. W., in Stillwater. This presentation is hosted by East Suburban Resources (ESR).
