Here's How Much Snow Oakdale Can Expect Friday

OAKDALE, MN — A snowstorm is set to hit Minnesota Friday. Though the Twin Cities won't see the biggest snowfall amounts, the snow will likely disrupt the Friday morning and evening commutes.

The snow will begin to fall after 9 a.m. Oakdalecould see up to 4 inches of new snow by Friday night, according to the latest National Weather Service forecast.

Temperatures will drop quickly throughout the Twin Cities, falling to 1 degree above zero.

Southwestern Minnesota will see much more snow than the metro. Up to 11 inches of snow could fall in Redwood Falls, for example.

Saturday: Sunny, with a high near 15. Northeast wind around 5 mph becoming south southwest in the afternoon.
