Oakdale Asks Residents to Cut Back on Water Usage Tuesday

The city had an emergency repair on one of its water towers.

The city of Oakdale on its website asked residents to cut back on water usage between 11 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 27.

One of the city’s water towers was shut down for an emergency repair and was not operating as of Tuesday morning.

All residents and businesses were asked to stop watering lawns or washing cars and take steps to reduce water usage.
