Oakdale Farmers Market to Move for Summerfest

City officials have also been told that the produce vendors are a few weeks behind with their products.

The Oakdale Farmers Market is still on for 3-7 p.m. Wednesday, June 19, at Richard Walton Park.

However, this week is also Oakdale Summerfest, which means the regular site of the market will be moved just north in the grassy area along Hadley Avenue by the Park & Ride.

Parking is available in that parking lot, but there is no availability at the City Hall lot (because of all the carnival rides).

Also, city officials have been told that the produce vendors are a few weeks behind with their products. The Oakdale Farmers Market currently has two produce vendors with early-spring items (potatoes, onions, lettuce). More is expected to arrive each week.
