Woodbury Leadership Academy (WLA) is a tuition-free, K-12 public charter school where high expectations and success matter to all! With temperatures expected to approach 70 degrees, <a href="http://www.ci.oakdale.mn.us/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Oakdale</a> has opened its skateboard park and tennis courts "for the enjoyment of all," according to Randy Bastyr, Oakdale parks superintendent. The skate park is located at Richard Walton Park.
