If you have some room in your home and heart for an adult who needs care, you should plan to attend a meeting next month in Stillwater. "<a href="http://www.co.washington.mn.us/index.aspx?NID=790" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Washington County</a> requires interested people to attend an informational meeting, which will provide an overview of the foster care program," according to a news release from Washington County. "For those who decide to become licensed to provide foster care for adults, the licensing process begins at no cost to them." The meeting will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Dec. 2, in the Lower Level Room 12 in the <a href="https://stillwater.patch.com/listings/washington-county-government-center">Washington County Government Center</a> in Stillwater. The county will do an extensive background check of anyone who is interested in caring for adults. Call 651-430-6455 to RSVP, for additional information or if you have questions.
