Same-Sex Marriage
As the state began to recognize same-sex marriages last week, Sen. Chuck Wiger was part of a video congratulating the GLBT community.
βPatience is bitter but its fruit is sweet,β he says in the video.
It sparked a bit of a discussion on the site.

House Numbers
On its Facebook page, the city of Oakdale reminded people on Monday to make sure their house numbers are visible:
Next time you are driving on your street, take a moment to see how easily you can read the numbers on your house. Are the numbers at least 4" in height? A color/finish that contrasts with the siding? Near the primary entrance? Visible from the street? In this world of computerized maps, nothing beats the simplicity of having your house numbers easy to spot β especially when emergency personnel are rushing to that location.
