Got a message for Santa? A red mailbox appeared in the <a href="http://www.ci.oakdale.mn.us/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">City Hall</a> parking lot earlier this month. Santa will write back to anyone who drops a letter in the special mailbox by Dec. 15. Just include your name, age and address (there's no need to include a stamp), and Santa will send a letter from the North Pole.
