July 10
- A woman reported someone had used her checking account to purchase $1,483 worth of merchandise at Best Buy in Oakdale without her permission. The suspect also made a purchase at the Office Max in Woodbury. The case is still under investigation.
July 11

- Oakdale Police received a report of a suspecious person at Tanners Lake Park. Officers found three males standing in the woods. Officers discovered that one of the men had a warrant out for his arrest for felony and misdemeanor charges for arson and a minor consumption. He was transported to Washington County Jail.Β
- A Kmart employee had a juvenile boy in custody for shoplifting. The boy had tried leaving the store with $9.99 worth of trading cards. Officers cited the boy and released him to his father.
- Fleet Farm reported a shoplifting incident involving a 21-year-old Oakdale man. The man tried leaving the store with unpaid merchandise. He was cited for theft and released.
- Kmart reported a shoplifting incident involving a 32-year-old Oakdale woman who had taken a purse and two makeup items worth $39.98 without paying for them. The woman was cited for theft and released.
July 13
- An Oakdale woman reported $25 cash and a $5 flashlight stolen from her unlocked vehicle parked in her driveway on the 3900 block of Goodwin Avenue. No damage was reported.
- Safe Harbor Systems reported 400 pounds of scrap steel were stolen from their dumpster. The total loss was $50. Video footage showed two male supsects in a blue cargo van with a white hood took the items.
- A car break-in was reported on the 6200 block of 40th Street. The suspect broke the driver's window and stole a Garmin GPS worth $250, an NBA basketball worth $200, a Spring cell phone worth $500 and a black sports bag worth $40. There are no suspects at this time.
- Oakdale Police received a report of theft from a vehicle at Tartan High School. An Apple iPod Touch worth $200 was stolen from the victim's car.
- An unknown woman stole a case of cigarettes valued at $1,653 out of an unlocked car at Smokesdale. Video surveillance showed the woman took the cigarettes and then sped away in a maroon Chevrolete Caprice.
