Both libraries have a desk staffed by a CareerForce expert, making them a one-stop shop for job assistance. The CareerForce staff provides individual counseling, assistance writing resumes and cover letters, and helps connect job seekers with employers and skill development opportunities. While visiting, residents may also find library books, online databases, and classes to help navigate all aspects of their job search.

β€œIncorporating CareerForce services at these libraries has given residents a single place to stop for career support,” said Amy Stenftenagel, Washington County Library Director. β€œWe know this is especially critical right now as people navigate the COVID-19 pandemic and other economic challenges.”
