Washington County Government: Construction In Lake Elmo Park Reserve & St. Croix Bluffs Regional Park

- Note that construction and possible noise will occur due to the Central Greenway Trail project beginning in mid-August and go through late October. Work hours are expected to be Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 7 p.m. Work in the area outside of the campground is expected to be periodic and outside of quiet time hours.
- Due to a septic improvement project, the last day of operation for the Lake Elmo campground will be Oct. 2 (last night of stay Oct. 1). Consider St. Croix Bluffs Regional Park for your late fall reservations.
- The boat landing/launch will be closed beginning Tuesday, Sept. 6. This is a large scale project that requires closing the harbor, dredging and significant construction to ensure long term recreational benefit for visitors. Fall was the least impactful time to implement this project. Boaters are advised to seek alternative launch locations in the area.
