Residents can get an early start to their New Year's fitness resolutions with a free candlelight walk on the <a href="http://www.dnr.state.mn.us/state_trails/luce_line/index.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Luce Line State Trail</a> in Plymouth. A one-mile section of trail lit with candle luminaries will be available for people to hike on from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday. There will also be campfires along the way, hot cider and other refreshments. Attendees are advised to park at the trailhead off Vicksburg Lane in Plymouth. The walk is one of 30 candlelight events that Minnesota state parks and trails are hosting.
