Juveniles Found With Marijuana, Stolen Items in Plymouth

The latest Plymouth Police report shows thefts and burglaries with juveniles as a few of the culprits.

From Aug. 2-8 the Plymouth Police Department reported 64 incidents, which included the following:

• Seven residential burglaries, including one neighborhood where multiple unlocked vehicles were broken into and a $1,500 bicycle was stolen from an underground garage.  On Aug. 2, three juveniles ages 14, 15 and 16 along with an 18-year-old and 20-year-old were found in a car parked in violation of a city parking ordinance and an officer also observed marijuana in plain view as well as numerous items that appeared to be possibly stolen on the 12400 block of 47th Avenue North.

• One motor vehicle theft

• One stolen property possession incident on Aug. 3 in which officers responded to a local business where two suspects attempted to redeem stolen lottery tickets on the 9700 block of Schmidt Lake Road.

• Eleven thefts including stolen iPods, phones, medical components, a skateboard and exterior garage lights, as well as several shoplifting incidents.

• Eleven thefts from a vehicle, including cell phone chargers, license plates, a purse, laptop, camera worth $600, a wallet with cash, headset, buck knife, sunglasses and more.
