Plan for more than a beautiful yard this spring – plan for clean lakes too. Learn about the plants and techniques to create a rain garden that soaks up and cleans storm water at a low-cost Metro Blooms workshop, 6-9 p.m., Tuesday, May 29, at .
A national expert in rain garden design will outline easy-to-follow steps to get started. Landscape assistants will give participants individualized help in deciding size, location and plant varieties for their own rain garden. For $15 the Plymouth workshop will offer start-to-finish tips, techniques and tools to design and install a rain garden.
