Plymouth Man Charged with Felony Drug Possession
A 20-year-old Plymouth man faces charges after police executed a search warrant late last month.

A Plymouth man is facing felony drug charges after Plymouth Police found nearly 600 grams of marijuana in his Highway 169 apartment.
Connor Sean Andrews, who lives in the 3300 block, faces fifth degree charges after police executed a search warrant on his apartment Tuesday, Jan. 29.
According to a criminal complaint, officers entered Andrews’ residence after being met at the door by the defendant and his girlfriend (who was not named).

During a search of the residence, police discovered five pills, later identified as oxycodone, in an unmarked bottle in the living room. Two jars and two bags of suspected marijuana were also found in the kitchen, and three large bags of marijuana were found in a living room safe.
In a post-Miranda statement, Andrews told police all of the marijuana–totaling 599.7 grams–was his, and stated that it was for his personal use.

The maximum sentence for fifth-degree possession is five years in prison and/or a $10,000 fine, according to Minnesota State Law.
