Plymouth Police Report Tobacco Sold To a Minor, Underage DWI

The latest Plymouth Police blotter shows two 17-year-olds caught drinking and driving, hit and runs and a gas station fails a tobacco compliance check.

From May 2-8 the Plymouth Police Department reported 46 incidents, which included the following:

• One DWI included two 17-year-old females, one driving and the other a passenger, cited for a DWI and underage drinking May 4 on the 800 block of 9th Avenue North.

• Four hit and runs

• One instance of controlled substance found

• One failed tobacco compliance check reported on May 3 at a gas station on the 9600 block of 36th Avenue North. The suspect, a 20-year-old St. Paul man, was booked and released for selling tobacco to a minor.
