Public Urination Report at Plymouth Fueling Station Ends With Drug Charges

Staff at the Holiday station on Fernbrook Lane told police suspect urinated in the main entryway "in close proximity to other customers."

Plymouth police arrested a 33-year-old Minneapolis man last Wendesday, March 19, after being called to a Holiday station on a report of a male urinating in the entryway.

A criminal complaint signed by Plymouth Police Sergeant Robert Topp, says staff told arriving officers that an agitated man—later identified as Issac Kelley—began cursing at employees and customers before opening the front door and urinating in "close proximity to other customers and employees."

Police found Kelley a short distance away, and he provided officers with identification from the state of California. Kelley was handcuffed out of concern for officer safety and soon began lashing out with kicks and pushing officers—sending one to the ground. Police restrained Kelley's feet, at which time the complaint says he began threatening the lives of officers and their families.
