There's Tae Kwon Do, Karate, Jiu-Jitsu, kickboxing and various other martial arts to get a workout, build confidence and gain defense skills. Put some of them together and you have mixed Martial arts. Needless to say, there are plenty of local studios that train students of all levels and we want to know your favorite in Plymouth.  Nominate where you think is the best martial arts studio in Plymouth in the comments below.
