Wayzata H.S. Hosts 'Moment in Time' Concert

In the mood for jazz or Broadway music? Check out this student concert May 17 and 18.

choirs will present the "Moment in Time" concert at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, May 17, and Friday, May 18, in the school's auditorium. The concert features pop, Broadway and jazz from all decades throughout the 20th century.

Highlights of the concert include an arrangement of Coldplay's "Viva la Vida" by senior Paul Kinkade, and the song "It Don't Mean a Thing if It Ain't Got That Swing," featuring senior Thomas Strommen, jazz saxophone soloist.

Tickets cost $6 for adults and $4 for students and senior citizens and are available at the door or by calling 763-745-6907. The ticket office opens at 6:30 p.m. and doors open at 7 p.m.

All WHS Choir Alumni are invited to join in the finale, "Good Old A Cappella."
