Complaint: He Posted Naked Photos of His Ex-Girlfriend on Facebook, Twitter
The Anoka County Attorney's files charges against Christian R. Montgomery, of Roseville.
The Anoka County Attorney's Office has filed charges against a 20-year-old Roseville man, accusing him of criminal defamation and identity theft, alleging he posted naked photos of his ex-girlfriend on Facebook and Twitter.
The Attorney's Office recently lodged the charges against Christian R. Montgomery in a criminal complaint. The complaint alleges that Montgomery created false Facebook and Twitter accounts to post naked photos of his former girlfriend (from Lino Lakes) as a way of embarrassing the women.

Montgomery is scheduled to make his first court appearance on Aug. 23, according to the County Attorney's Office.
