Councilman Johnson: "Time To Move On"
Roseville council member exploring "other opportunities."

Roseville City Councilman Jeff Johnson said his decision not to seek re-election is, in part, based on his belief that serving in any public service capacity shouldn't be forever.Â
"There is something to be said for a one-term city council member," Johnson said in an interview with Roseville Patch. "That is enough time to make a contribution to the city and community. It's time to move on."
Johnson said, "I'm looking into other opportunities." Although he declined to say what those opportunities might be, there are rumors he could be weighing a bid for the Ramsey County Board.
